Security/Concierge

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and assistance to ensure a memorable experience. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and an ability to handle various tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Monitor security systems including CCTV, ensuring the safety and security of guests and property.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by being vigilant and reporting any suspicious activities.
• Maintain an organised front desk area, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and accessible.
• Conduct regular surveillance of the premises to ensure guest safety and comfort.
• Provide first aid assistance when necessary, ensuring guest wellbeing at all times.
• handling mail & parcels/packages.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service role is essential; experience as a Concierge is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of first aid practices is beneficial; certification in first aid is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clientele.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and guest satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.30-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 60 per week
