We are looking for a passionate & talented Senior Chef De Partie to join our team at our flagship venue in Kings Cross. The ideal candidate will be pushing to be a Jr Sous Chef within 6 months.
You will work closely with our Head Chef to drive the site forward in terms of food quality, compliance & productivity. We have our sights set high having gained Rosettes in our sister sites and would like to further develop our first floor private dining spaces.
Criteria:
- The successful candidate will be experienced in classic cooking, passionate about British food & committed to training the junior members of the team.
- Creativity & attention to detail is a must.
