The Role

As General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of Cirque Le Soir, ensuring seamless service delivery, a world-class guest experience, and exceptional commercial performance. You will be the face of the venue, managing a diverse team, maintaining operational excellence, and building relationships with high-profile guests and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the management and front-line teams to deliver exceptional late-night experiences.
• Oversee all aspects of venue operations, including staffing, compliance, licensing, and financial performance.
• Maintain and elevate Cirque Le Soir’s reputation as one of the most exclusive nightlife destinations in London.
• Drive profitability through strategic planning, cost control, and innovative initiatives.
• Develop and implement service standards that align with a premium, high-end brand.
• Foster relationships with VIP guests, promoters, and partners, ensuring repeat business and loyalty.
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety, licensing, and all relevant regulations.
• Report directly to Cream Group senior leadership on performance, strategy, and growth opportunities.

About You

We are looking for an experienced hospitality leader with proven success in high-end, late-night venues. The ideal candidate will combine operational excellence with charisma, presence, and commercial acumen.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ management experience within a premium, high-end hospitality or nightlife environment.
• Strong background in late-night venues, luxury clubs, or exclusive events.
• Demonstrable experience in leading large, diverse teams in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent financial management skills with a track record of driving revenue and controlling costs.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable personal presentation with the ability to represent an elite brand.
• A passion for nightlife, entertainment, and delivering world-class guest experiences.
