About This Role
Are you ready to redefine the future of food delivery marketing in Germany’s most dynamic cities? As Senior Marketing Manager within the German marketing team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s success by bridging marketing and operations. Your focus will be on establishing agile workflows and innovative ways of working to accelerate creative execution and deliver measurable impact.

Your mission? To design and implement hyper-localized marketing strategies that seamlessly integrate into our brand platform while addressing key challenges, such as growing market share, highlighting top supply, and launching high-impact activations on the ground. You’ll lead strategic initiatives to centralize knowledge, drive continuous improvement, and set new benchmarks for efficiency and effectiveness.

We’re looking for a strategic planner with a creative mindset—someone who thrives on building agile marketing projects and transforming insights into powerful, actionable strategies.

• Lead Agile Projects: Develop and manage agile marketing workflows that bridge marketing and operations—ensuring campaigns are launched swiftly and effectively, with a focus on speeding up creative execution.
• Build for Adaptability: Champion an agile mindset within the team by establishing innovative processes that enable quick adaptation to market trends and local insights without sacrificing quality.
• Gain On-the-Ground Insights: Spend time in key cities, actively overseeing campaigns and gathering first-hand insights to ensure flawless execution. Translate these insights into data-driven strategies that unlock new growth opportunities.
• Strategic Planning: Establish clear project plans with well-defined phases, KPIs, and resources to ensure that every campaign is both impactful and measurable. Focus on aligning local and central teams to deliver consistent and effective execution.
• Create Real Impact: Design and manage creative strategies that leverage storytelling, unique formats, and innovative media channels to drive meaningful engagement and measurable results. Go beyond traditional marketing to create campaigns that deeply connect with local audiences.

What will you bring to the table?

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); strong knowledge of the German market (Berlin market knowledge is a plus).
• Marketing experience, preferably with a focus on city-based/regional campaigns in the food delivery or tech industry.
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and flexible to travel as needed.
• Independent, proactive, problem-solving, and data-driven with strategic thinking and creative instincts.
• Strong prioritisation, planning, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage projects and evaluate results.
• Positive attitude, open-minded, and adaptable with a test-and-learn approach.
