This role offers the opportunity to lead by example, support our clients, and assist our team in delivering exceptional care.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist clients with their daily routines, offering companionship and ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Conduct client assessments and reviews, including care planning and risk assessments.
- Manning the on-call phone on rotation with the office team, providing timely support.
- Navigate and work effectively on our Birdie support system (computer skills required).
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Social Workers, GPs, staff team, clients, and their families.
- Act as a role model for the care team, promoting best practices and teamwork.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care with at least 2 years of experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure and in stressful situations.
- A team player with a proactive and flexible approach to support the business and clients.
- Availability for flexible hours, including every other weekend.
- A valid UK driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Fluency in English and a caring, compassionate approach to care.
