Server

We're looking for friendly server to join our team this season at the newly renovated Green River Grill, inside the Lodge at Mammoth Cave. Located within the National Park, The Green River Grill is a full service restaurant serving local favorites.

$9.05 + tips

Responsibilities:

• Take orders using Point-of-Sales (POS) software, deliver food and drinks, bus tables or assist busser/runner
• Knowledge of restaurant menu
• Knowledge of bar menu, drink recipes
• Process credit cards and cash payments
• Ensure alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with Federal, State, Local regulations and Company procedures
• Provide courteous service to all guests
• Set tables, polish glasses, prepare workstations and other side work as assigned
  
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and people skills
• Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to count change
• Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people
  
  
  

Experience:

• Minimum (1) year in a restaurant establishment preferred
