Server

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding service and ensuring that all dining needs are met. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Manage time effectively to ensure all guests receive prompt attention throughout their dining experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of basic maths for handling transactions is beneficial.
• Familiarity with food safety practices is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for guest services are essential.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Time management skills are crucial to ensure efficient service delivery.

Pay: £7.00-£13.22 per hour
