Server/Bartender

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Waiter/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, great people skills, and a love for good food and drink. You’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing excellent table service and crafting quality beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable and attended to.
• Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve a range of drinks, including cocktails, wine, and soft beverages.
• Offer recommendations on cheese, charcuterie, and wine pairings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar and dining areas.
• Process payments and manage cash/card transactions.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service.
• Provide friendly and informed guidance about the menu and specials.
• Support with setup and breakdown of service areas.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or similar hospitality role is preferred.
• A passion for food, drink, and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of wines, cocktails, or cheeses is a bonus (training will be provided).
• Positive attitude and a team-player mindset.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £11.44-£11.45 per hour
