Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Waiter/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, great people skills, and a love for good food and drink. You’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing excellent table service and crafting quality beverages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable and attended to.
- Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve a range of drinks, including cocktails, wine, and soft beverages.
- Offer recommendations on cheese, charcuterie, and wine pairings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar and dining areas.
- Process payments and manage cash/card transactions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service.
- Provide friendly and informed guidance about the menu and specials.
- Support with setup and breakdown of service areas.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or similar hospitality role is preferred.
- A passion for food, drink, and customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of wines, cocktails, or cheeses is a bonus (training will be provided).
- Positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £11.44-£11.45 per hour

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
