Service Support Officer

Job Description

The Service and Support officer shall be responsible for the monitoring of the gaming areas including card rooms and storage area. The ideal candidate should act as first point of contact to support teams such as Pit boss, IT, TSE, Helpdesk and Operators when required.

Responsibilities

• Detects any procedural errors or suspicious activity and enforces all policies and procedures.
• Monitors tables and card rooms continually to ensure adherence to gaming regulations and procedures.
• Operates surveillance equipment to ensure accurate video documentation.
• Evaluate Studio personnel performance.
• Co-ordinate Studio/Table Maintenance activities.
• Report problems or concerns to Head of Studio Service and Support.
• Documents incidents outcome by compiling incident reports.
• Act as first point of contact to the Studio and 3rd parties.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Management.
• Responsible for the Quality of games.
• Carry out any other ad hoc duties that might be required from time to time according to the Company’s exigencies.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Game Presenter or a similar role within the Live Casino studio.
• Experience as Surveillance Officer or working with CCTV tools would be considered an asset.
• Excellent knowledge of Game Rules.
• Attention to detail.
• Positive attitude.
• Good level of English.
• Problem-solving and quick-thinking skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure and demanding work environment.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate with external partners and service providers
