• The range provided is based on cost of living/geography and what we believe is reasonable in the market at the time of posting. This role may be eligible for annual bonus and annual merit increase, as well as long term compensation. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. How You'll Perform The Role

This position will be responsible to prep tooling, machine set-up, and effectively problem-solve issues pertaining to thermoforming machines and processes. List below is not all-inclusive of job responsibilities.

• Strong technical, mechanical, process and troubleshooting experience is helpful.
• Quality workmanship and attention to detail is required to meet quality assurance procedures. Practical knowledge of and experience with manufacturing equipment operations.Evaluate machine tooling processes to ensure correct installation for optimum performance and damage control.
• Adherence to Company safety policies and procedures, GMPs, etc.
• Effective oral, written, verbal and listening skills. Ability to read, understand and interpret instructions.
