Setup and Tear Down Crew for Events

We are a Denver based lighting, fabric, and décor company for special events. We need event crew members. We have several part-time positions (potential for full time) available based on event schedules. Positions are available immediately.

Some experience is helpful, but not necessary. Duties include learning setup and strike procedures, warehouse organization, event lighting techs, fabric installation, rigging, lift operations, etc.

You must be able to lift 60lbs repeatedly.

This is not contract labor. You will be hired as a part-time employee so your earnings are reported to the federal and state government. We will withhold the necessary taxes required by the state and federal government.

We are hiring positions directly with opportunity for advancement to management and long-term employment. Schedules are flexible but are determined by the needs of our events. We offer a standard hourly rate dependent on experience, mileage reimbursement (as determined) and a creative, fabulous positive diverse workplace. It is very important to know that this position can be physically demanding with long hours, late nights, as well as working on weekends, some holidays, and overnight. We work at the top venues in the state of Colorado (Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Broncos Stadium at Mile High, The Broadmoor, etc.)

NOTE: A background & driving record check will be performed before hiring decisions can be made. Any disclosures should be given at the time of application

An event crew member must:

1.) Be able to follow directions.

2.) Have your own form of transportation (this means you must own a vehicle that is functional in the snow. Uber and taxi services are not considered dependable forms of transportation)

3.) Valid hard copy of your driver’s license

4.) Functional cell phone and working email address.

5.) Be flexible with scheduling.

6.) Be able or willing to learn how to work with fabric.

7.) Be able or willing to learn how to program event lighting.

8.) Be respectful of company equipment and property.

9.) Hold a sense of urgency for established timelines.

10.) Know how to lift heavy items correctly.

11.) You must be able to lift 60lbs repeatedly.

12.) Must be able to work long periods of time outside & inside.
