Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to support and maintain our production equipment, our mechanical and electrical systems. This role is hands-on and critical to keeping operations running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems
• Work with motors, VFDs, PLCs, control panels, and instrumentation
• Support preventive maintenance programs
• Assist with renovation and construction projects involving electrical wiring, metal fabricating and schematics interpretation
• Follow and promote safe work practices
• Work closely with maintenance and operations teams

Qualifications

• Experience as an industrial electrician or similar role
• Strong troubleshooting skills in industrial electrical systems
• Familiarity with motors, controls, and variable frequency drives
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Dependable, safety-focused, and self-motivated
• Manufacturing or heavy industrial experience preferred

Requirements

• Proven experience as an industrial or commercial electrician with a solid understanding of electrical systems
• Work with power tools, hand tools, ohmmeter, and other diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
• Strong troubleshooting skills in industrial electrical systems
• Familiarity with PLCs, motors, controls, and variable frequency drives
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Dependable, safety-focused, and self-motivated
• Manufacturing or heavy industrial experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
• Welding and fabricating skills a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48 – 60 per week
