About the Role:
As a Shift Leader, you're more than just a key team member — you’re the one setting the tone for the entire shift. You’ll help coach, support, and guide your team while ensuring that we deliver top-notch product, energy, and customer service every single time.
You’ll be expected to:
- Lead by example (attitude, pace, service, standards)
- Support and motivate team members to meet fudge and sales goals
- Promote our Buy 2 Get 1 Free Fudge Special enthusiastically!
- Keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with staff and management
- Jump into any station and make things happen during busy times

- Able to stay calm under pressure and take initiative without being asked
