Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team in the food industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, leadership skills, and a strong background in restaurant management.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure food preparation meets quality standards
- Assist in training new employees and help them develop necessary skills
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
Skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Experience in the food industry is preferred
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant management practices
- Ability to supervise and motivate team members
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food safety regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.35 per hour
