ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our team operates efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.

WHAT WE CAN EXPECT:
- At least one year of experience in restaurant, retail, customer service, or a similar role
- Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work shifts from 5:30 AM to 12:30 AM
- Strong communication, supervisory, and organizational abilities are essential

- Able to work with crew members and supervise adherence to Wendy’s standards and systems for all key Voice of the Customer drivers- taste, accuracy, speed, friendliness, and cleanliness
- Oversee, coordinate, and delegate tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures among the crew members
- Assist the Restaurant General Manager with tasks like training, cash management, shift transitions, inventory, and labor management
- Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30kg without assistance
- Able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Able to handle shifts standing or walking for extended periods and be comfortable with exposure to temperature changes and noise
Reliable transportation is required, along with availability to work shifts between 5:30 AM and 12:30 AM.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $15.70-$16.70 per hour
