About the Role
VIP Security (Essex) Ltd is seeking a competent and professional SIA-licensed Security Officer to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be well-presented, possess excellent observational skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to preventing incidents such as theft, vandalism, or other criminal behaviour.

We are looking for individuals who are punctual, reliable, and eager to contribute to a high-standard working environment.

• Shift pattern: 4 nights on / 4 nights off

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol premises regularly to ensure safety and order
• Monitor and control access to the premises for vehicles and individuals
• Remove unauthorised persons from the site when necessary
• Ensure all entry and exit points are secure
• Complete and submit accurate incident and patrol reports

Requirements

• Valid SIA Licence
• ACT Awareness and ACT Security Certificates
• First Aid Certificate
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Good understanding of security procedures and public safety regulations
