Job Description
- Visit sites before execution to conduct physical surveys and assess readiness.
- Verify site dimensions, structure, material conditions, and access points.
- Identify any potential challenges (e.g., electrical, civil, or logistical).
- Take accurate measurements (height, width, depth, elevation, etc.).
- Document photographs and videos of site surroundings and installation areas.
- Note existing infrastructure such as electrical points, signage supports, wall types, etc.
- Liaise with store managers, facility managers, or site representatives during the recce.
- Gather on-ground inputs regarding permissions, working hours, and constraints.
- Discuss technical feasibility of installation with client or consultant.
- Assess scope for signage, branding, fabrication, or installation works.
- Highlight technical obstacles such as height restrictions, façade issues, or power availability.
- Suggest suitable solutions or alternates for execution if needed.
- Prepare and submit detailed recce reports with drawings, measurements, annotations, and photos.
- Share critical findings and recommendations with design and execution teams.
- Ensure recce report aligns with client requirements and brand guidelines.
- Evaluate the safety and working conditions of the site for upcoming execution.
- Identify scaffolding, ladder, PPE, and manpower requirements based on site access.
- Ensure pre-installation risks are communicated to the team.
- Based on recce, suggest tools, materials, and equipment required for execution.
- Help in drafting BOQs or material requirement plans as per site scope.
- If required, conduct a second recce for reconfirmation before dispatch or execution.
- Revalidate any major changes or updates in site conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
