Join Our Team!
Directional Mining & Drilling Ltd. is growing and looking for Skilled Labourers to support our Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) crews. We work on challenging trenchless construction projects across Western Canada – no two days are the same.
What You’ll Do
- Assist HDD operators and locators on active drill sites
- Set up and clean up job sites, handle materials, and operate small tools
- Support safe operation of drilling equipment and fluid systems
- Travel out of town for projects when required
What We’re Looking For
- Construction or HDD labour experience (preferred)
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 1 or 3 an asset)
- Physically fit, reliable, and willing to work outdoors year-round
- Ability to travel for extended periods

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
