Solar Plant Monitoring Assistant

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Monitoring Assistant to supervise and observe workers at a solar plant site. The role is simple — to stay present at the plant, ensure the workers are doing their assigned duties, and report to the supervisor or management if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the movement and activities of site workers
• Report attendance, late arrivals, or absentees to supervisor
• Ensure workers follow basic safety and site rules
• Share updates on daily work status to office or project team
• Maintain simple records or take photos if required
• Coordinate with the supervisor or manager for any site needs

Requirements:

• School education or any degree is sufficient
• Freshers can apply, but must be capable of handling responsibility
• Physically fit and able to stay at the site during working hours
• Honest, alert, and responsible
• Able to use a mobile phone for basic communication or photos
• Preferably local candidate
