Staff Nurse - Night

About the Role:
Kingsley Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Brackley Nursing Home for night shifts. This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly rate of £21.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents during night shifts.
• Monitor and manage residents’ health conditions, administering medications as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans, nursing notes, and risk assessments.
• Work collaboratively with other nurses, care staff, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure excellent care standards.
• Respond promptly to any emergencies or urgent care needs.
• Support and guide junior staff when necessary.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration.
• Previous experience working in a nursing home or similar care environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing excellent care.
