Salary: £21 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Nights
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team on night shifts. You will play a vital role in delivering safe, person-centred care within our nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice and resident wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care during night shifts.
- Administer medication safely and accurately.
- Assess, plan, and implement individualised care plans.
- Monitor residents’ health and respond effectively to any changes.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a supportive and professional environment.
Requirements:
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).
- Previous experience in a nursing home setting.
- Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts.
