Location: IP21 4EE
Salary: £23 per hour
Contract Type: Full-time, Nights
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team on a night shift basis. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care, ensuring the wellbeing and safety of our residents, and supporting colleagues in providing a person-centred approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care during night shifts.
- Administer medication and treatments in line with NMC guidelines.
- Monitor and assess residents’ health needs, updating care plans as required.
- Provide leadership and support to care staff, ensuring best practice at all times.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN).
- Relevant post-registration experience.
- Prior experience working as a Registered Nurse.
- Excellent clinical knowledge and skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
