Static Security Guard

Securo is seeking professional Static Security Guards to join our growing team in Ipswich.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
• Available for 12-hour shifts (both day and night shifts available)
• Experience within the security industry is essential

Pay & Employment Type:

• £12.21 per hour
• Payment via PAYE or Self-Employed

Key Duties:

• Monitor customer numbers and venue capacity
• Ensure the safety and welfare of all guests
• Patrol the venue and surrounding areas
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally
• Provide clear directions and assistance to customers
• Respond promptly to emergencies
• Report and record incidents accurately
• Complete basic administrative tasks, including emailing daily figures

Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with the public effectively
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
