We are currently hiring full-time and part-time team members for our store located on a U.S. military base, who want to help us establish and grow the Dunkin’ Donuts brand at this location into the go-to spot for donuts and coffee.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Active participation in store operations / shift management
• Leading a dynamic team with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Efficient task distribution to ensure 100% guest satisfaction and product quality
• Monthly performance reviews with your Area Manager
• Scheduling and ensuring store productivity and readiness
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and legal standards
• Regular, motivating, and constructive feedback to your team

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Vocational training in hospitality/food service is a plus
• Previous experience in gastronomy or leadership roles
• Strong communication and self-management skills
• High standards for service and product quality
• Flexible, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in German with solid English skills
