We're looking for Waking Nights Support Workers to join our location in Littlehampton. to care for adults with complex care needs and behaviours that challenge.
Please note we do not offer any form of sponsorship.
Pay: £14.50 per hour when working midweek days and £15.50 an hour when working on weekends. Plus car allowance at £660 per annum
The roles:
Waking night to support a young man who has epilepsy requires support with personal care. Loves doing drawings playing on game consol. Needs to be competent with medication although training will be given.
At separate house Have a young lady who requires supporting accessing the community, enjoys chatting with staff through the night, going for walks etc – must be able to drive.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.
- Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
- Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
- Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
- Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.

You will form part of a team with other Team Leaders and Support Workers, working together for successful outcomes for our clients. You will have additional support from the Supported Living Manager and Registered Manager.
