Thistle Lodge Specialist Care – Support worker
Salary - £12.87 - £13.83 per hour depending on experience
Thistle Lodge Specialist Care are recruiting a number of full time Support Workers to join our current team. Successful candidates will support adults who have learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and challenging behaviours.
We seek those who have a passion for delivering outstanding care and making a difference to the lives of vulnerable adults, helping them achieve fulfilling, meaningful and purposeful lives.
If successful you will become part of an incredible multi-disciplinary team, delivering emotional and practical care and improving our service users lives on a daily basis.
We are looking for those who are experienced in dealing with behaviours that challenge and who want to be part of an organisation that values not only those people but also the team that work hard to support them.
Successful candidates will work 12 hours shifts and must work both day and night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
Driving license preferable, but not essential
