Swedish Social Media Content Moderator (m/f/d)

• Evaluate user-generated reports that flag offensive or disturbing postings based on our client's policies and guidelines
• Review, block and delete content that goes against our client’s community standards
• Commit to deliver a high standard of accuracy and quality at all times
• Have direct influence on reducing hate, racism, bullying, cybercrimes and the spread of misinformation in online spaces

• Relocation:
  • 1.000€ relocation bonus (min. 100 km to Berlin)
• Compensation:
  • 2.668,50€ monthly salary (40h/week) + 150€ monthly individual performance bonus
  • 40% shift bonus for Sundays/public holidays
  • 50% shift bonus for night shifts (10 pm–6:30 am)

• Excellent Swedish & English language skills – no German needed!
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Germany
