Takeaway Packer / Delivery Counter Assistant – Fatchoy Canteen

Main Responsibilities

• Pack hot food orders for delivery and pick-up (Uber Eats / Deliveroo / walk-ins)
• Double-check tickets and bag contents for accuracy
• Label and seal packaging, ensure all items are included
• Organise and hand off orders to delivery drivers / customers
• Monitor order flow and communicate with kitchen team
• Keep the packing station clean and well-organised

Ideal Candidate

• Fast and careful — can handle 10+ orders at once during peak times
• Punctual, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Good at English or Chinese reading and communication
• Able to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly when dealing with couriers and in-store customers
• Must have legal right to work in the UK
