Job Title: Team Leader – HNI Client Acquisition (Cold Calling)
Location Focus: Dubai & Canada (Role with international outreach)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Fixed + Commission / Commission-Based (Flexible Structure)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to head our high-performance cold calling team focused on acquiring High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs). The selected individual will be responsible for leading from the front—identifying and onboarding HNI clients onto our regulated online trading platform covering stocks, commodities, and cryptocurrencies.
This role demands a leader who is not only skilled in high-stakes sales and cold calling but also has a strong background in client acquisition and people management. You will oversee a team of dedicated callers while also personally contributing to deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of cold calling executives targeting HNI clients in Dubai and Canada.
Conduct direct outreach to potential clients via cold calling to drive platform registrations.
Strategize and optimize calling scripts and pitch delivery to maximize client conversion.
Achieve individual and team-based targets for client acquisition and deal closures.
Maintain accurate reporting of outreach metrics, conversions, and client feedback.
Coordinate with internal onboarding and compliance teams to ensure seamless registration.
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular training, coaching, and performance feedback to the team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in cold calling and telesales, specifically targeting high-net-worth individuals.
Prior experience as a Team Leader or Sales Manager in a fast-paced outbound calling environment.
Solid understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, or related financial services is highly preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive performance and exceed targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with a relentless drive for success and revenue generation.
Compensation:
Competitive structure with fixed, commission-based, or hybrid (fixed + commission) options, depending on experience and performance.
