• Sweet Tree Holdings is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated machine
  
  

operator to join our team. This position requires the ability to switch

between third and first shift as needed.**

As a night shift worker, you will play a crucial role of checking and

maintaining our maple equipment usually from 7 pm to 7 am.

Third Shift Workers are also responsible staying in contact with

management throughout the night to provide detailed updates on how the

equipment is performing, amount of sap there is, as well as weather

updates.

Night Shift workers must have a valid drivers license as well as a clean

driving record. Night Shift Workers have a safety-oriented mindset and

must be able to determine (and communicate) whether road conditions are

safe to travel for the rest of Woods Operations before start of shift.

• This position is seasonal starting in August 2025 and ending Late
  
  

May/Early June 2026.**

While on the job, you will learn SOP of sugaring equipment, sanitation,

maintenance, and quality standards.

This position may require day shifts as well as night shifts. Ideal

candidates should have open availability for 7 days a week when needed

and be able to switch between day and night shift as needed.

Requirements

• Dedication to learning the operation of sugaring equipment,
  
  

particularly the reverse osmosis machine.

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep timelines to periodically update management.
• Ability to perform basic repairs on machinery.
• Ability to follow instructions as to when pumps turn off/on as
  
  

directed by management.

• Valid Drivers License and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record
  
  

check.

• Ability to lift over 50lbs.
• Availability to work 10-12 hour shift usually 7 pm to 7 am.
• Ability to switch between night shift and day shift (7a 7p) as
  
  

needed.

• An understanding of road conditions and be able to determine is
  
  

roads are safe to travel for the Woods Operations

• Be a team player, and multitask.
  
  

Other Responsibilities Include Following GMP Standards, Maintaining a

clean environment, as well as follow safety/PPE requirements from Sweet

Tree Management and/or Sweet Tree\'s Safety Coordinator.
