- 4x10s – Mon-Thurs, ONSITE; Mid, Night shift available
SUMMARY:
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Tier 1 NOC Technicians to join our dynamic Network Operations Center team in Frisco, TX . This is a critical mid-level role responsible for monitoring and responding to service-related issues impacting wireless infrastructure services customers.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating and managing network trouble tickets, responding to customer issues, and participating in activities associated with the management of multiple carrier networks.
- Provide support for wireless networking infrastructure by directly interfacing with customers, customer NOCs, field service partners, and OEMs.
- Perform triage, troubleshooting, technical support and technical problem resolution promptly.
- Identify, coordinate, and document preventative, proactive, and corrective maintenance requirements.
- Escalate priority issues for NOC Tier II Technicians.
- Assist with the backlog of tickets for customers.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college, or related industry certifications – preferred
- 2-3+ years of related technical experience as a NOC, data center technician, wireless networking, or similar role.
- Experience with MS Office and strong overall computer skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow ticket system is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
