Towing Dispatcher

We are looking for a dependable and experienced Towing Dispatcher to join our team. Only candidates with prior experience in the towing industry will be considered.

Qualifications

• ONLY candidates with prior experience in the towing industry (dispatching or towing) will be considered
• Towing industry experience REQUIRED (Dispatch or Tow Operator background)
• Knowledge of tow trucks, services, and basic dispatch procedures
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
• Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends and Holidays as needed
• Able to arrange and file paperwork as required
• Familiarity with dispatch software )e.g. Towbook) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers to service calls using software, GPS, and telephone
• Prioritize and manage high volume calls efficiently
• Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and law enforcement
• Track job progress and update records in real time
• Support drivers with routing issues, or changes
