Hours: 3rd Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 12-hour shifts

Pay: $17–$22/hr (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Monitor and track shipments in real-time

🔹 Communicate updates with drivers, carriers, and customers

🔹 Proactively resolve any issues that arise during transit

🔹 Document key events and maintain accurate records

🔹 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service expectations are met
