Trainee Business Development (all genders) - up to 100% REMOTE possible

Overview

• We are only accepting applicants who are resident in Germany or Austria and currently hold a work permit for Germany or Austria.
• Salary: € 31,000 - € 35,000 (Full-time equivalent, 40 hours/week)
• Full or part-time possible (24 - 40 hours per week)
• Up to 100% REMOTE possible (Germany or Austria)
• Playing a key role in our sales and marketing efforts, helping to expand our market share and drive business growth.

Tasks

• Support the development and implementation of business development strategies.
• Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials and strategies for client meetings, presentations, and proposals.
• Assist with the analysis of sales and marketing data to inform strategic decisions.
• Help manage CRM databases, ensuring all client information is current and accurate.
• Provide administrative support to the Head of Business Development as needed.
• Collaborate with various departments to better address client needs.

Your profile

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and analytically.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
• A strong desire to learn and grow within the field of business development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member.
