Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Webster Springs, West Virginia — earn up to ($2261 - $2380 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.

• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

• Educate patients and families on health management.

• Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.

• Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.

• Support a positive team environment and culture.

Experience/Qualifications

• Current RN license in West Virginia or compact state.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning opportunities.

• Experience in MedSurg nursing with strong patient care skills.

• Ability to educate patients and families on health management effectively.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Familiarity with safety and infection control protocols in healthcare.

• Strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive team environment.

• Strong documentation skills with attention to detail.

• Proficient in utilizing data to improve patient care outcomes.

• Willingness to participate in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
