We are hiring for a US IT Recruiter / Bench Sales Specialist to join our execution-driven team. The role demands strong recruitment and staffing experience in the US market, with hands-on exposure to W2 onboarding, C2C vendor coordination, and compliance processes. This position operates in the US night shift (6 AM PST – 4 PM PST) and requires a professional who is detail-oriented, accountable, and skilled at anticipating delivery challenges before they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end US IT recruitment and bench sales processes across multiple clients and vendors.
- Handle W2 employee onboarding and C2C vendor/candidate onboarding with accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and enforce operational practices, including payroll timelines and timesheet collections.
- Anticipate and resolve delivery challenges to ensure smooth candidate deployment.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
- Track activities systematically and ensure detailed reporting of daily recruitment operations.
- Demonstrate ownership of performance goals and accountability for outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
Must-Haves:
- 2–5 years of proven experience in US IT Recruitment or Bench Sales.
- Prior or current experience working in night shifts aligned to US timings.
- Strong knowledge of W2 and C2C onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with US compliance requirements including payroll cycles and timesheet processes.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication with clean, professional articulation.
- Proven ability to anticipate issues, prevent delivery risks, and resolve conflicts quickly.
- High attention to detail, structured organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
- History of being a quick learner, self-starter, and accountable operator.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Exposure to multiple domains such as healthcare, financial services, or technology staffing.
- Experience with vendor portals and ATS systems.
- Track record of exceeding placement or sales targets.
