Valet Attendant – Upscale Residential Property

As a Valet Attendant at one of our luxury residential buildings in downtown Nashville, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests. We are looking for friendly, professional, and dependable individuals who take pride in making lasting positive impressions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles
• Inspect each vehicle prior to parking and document any existing damage
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures
• Maintain an organized and clear drive-up/drop-off area
• Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times
• Assist with light cleaning, basic paperwork, and special assignments as needed

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• At least 2 years of licensed driving experience (valet experience not required)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to drive manual transmission (preferred but not required)
• Previous customer service or valet experience is a plus

Working Conditions

• Outdoor position involving walking, running, standing, and stair use
• Uniform provided and required
• All positions are for 8-hour shifts only; we do not offer split shifts or shorter durations

Compensation

• Pay: $17.50–$19.00 per hour based on experience
• Weekly pay via direct deposit
• Keep 100% of any tips received
• This is the actual hourly pay rate – not a base + tips structure

Current Openings

• Day Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Full-time or part-time
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day
• Pay: $17.50–$18.50/hour
• Evening Shift – 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
• Full-time or part-time
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day
• Pay: $17.50–$18.50/hour
• Overnight Shift – 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Part-time only, typically two consecutive nights/week
• Must be available at least 1–2 weekends per month
• Pay: $17.50–$19.00/hour + $1/hour overnight differential
• Additional shifts on other schedules may be available for the right candidate
