Ventilation Hygiene Technician

We are based in Worthing, West Sussex.

Flexible hours per week.

Full Time / Part time

Salary depending on your experience. Ideally you will have a Full driving License, experience in cleaning Ventilation Systems, knowledge of current Legislation, Trained to BESA TR / 19 (GHT) or NAAD21 National Occupational Standards, including the BSEBSE01, BSEBSE02, and the BSEHV11 – the National Occupational Standards for Cleaning Industrial and Commercial Ventilation Systems. Relevant health and safety qualifications.

However Training would be provided to the right candidate, who seeks to gain a qualification in this field, following a period of hands on experience.

Your Job Will Include:

Travel to various locations to carry our commercial kitchen extraction cleans, Ventilation Cleans and periodically Kitchen deep cleans.

· Flexible working hours during the days / night shifts included periodically.

· Electronic job reporting is completed to the required standard/all work to be signed off on site

· Ability to work at heights and within confined spaces

· Adhere to the company safety standards, wearing the correct PPE. Follow site specific regulations and risk assessments and method statements

· Maintaining good professional working relationships with colleagues and customers

· Require good communication with the supervisor and office team

· Complete daily vehicle and equipment checks

What we need from you:

·Ideally a Full UK driving license, but not necessary

· Excellent communicator

· Hard working

· Can work alone or as part of a team

· Background in commercial extraction and / or kitchen cleaning preferred but not essential

· Prior experience working nights preferred but not essential

We have built up an excellent reputation and due to the recent expansion, we are looking for candidates to join our team. We are based in Sussex and travel to surrounding areas.
