This dynamic family of serial entrepreneurs is seeking a compassionate, adaptable full-time nanny to support their busy household. With a delightful 7-month-old baby girl and a 12-year-old boy who is active in extra curricular activities, this is a wonderful opportunity for someone who’s experienced in caring for both babies and school-aged children.

The family values flexibility, creativity, and reliability, and they’re looking for a nanny who can adapt to their fast-paced lifestyle while providing loving care and support.

About the Kids:

Baby Girl (7 months)

A sweet and curious baby, she’s starting to explore the world around her. Developmentally, she is very advanced and a great communicator although she cannot talk yet? Your main responsibilities will be her care, including feeding, diapering, and helping with her early milestones (think tummy time, playtime, baby meal prep and engagement!).

12-Year-Old Boy

He’s independent, active, and loves to do his own thing when not active in band or basketball. You’ll be responsible for supporting him as he grows independence, homework help, and being a positive influence on his routine. After school, he might be involved in sports or hanging out with friends, so you’ll assist his parents to balance his active schedule while also being present for the baby.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Baby Care: Feeding, changing, putting down for naps, and creating a stimulating environment for development
• Supporting the 12-year-old: Helping with schoolwork, offering a positive influence, and engaging him in activities that promote learning and growth
• Meal Prep: Light meal prep for both kids (mostly baby food and quick air fryer meals or snacks for the older child)
• Transportation: Picking up the older child from school or extracurriculars, if needed
• Family Assistance: Helping with occasional light housekeeping (tidying up after the kids, meal prep, etc.)
• Staying Active: Keeping up with the kids and their schedules (playtime for baby, outdoor activities for the older child)

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with infants (7 months) and school-aged children (12 years)

A calm, organized, and proactive nanny who thrives in a busy environment, not easily overwhelmed.

Comfortable with light housekeeping duties (keeping kids’ spaces tidy)

Able to work independently, but also a team player who’s adaptable to a busy entrepreneurial family’s needs

Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (for school pickups or errands, if needed)

CPR-certified or willing to obtain certification. (We can help with this.)

A positive, proactive personality with a knack for keeping things fun and educational
