Duties

• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage and organize files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of documents.
• Utilize DocuSign for document management and electronic signatures.
• Maintain effective phone etiquette while handling calls and inquiries.
• Proofread documents to ensure clarity, correctness, and professionalism.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
• Provide general clerical support, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Experience

• Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with data entry processes and document management systems.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications.
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of productivity.
