We are a small care home for young adults with Autism and associated differences. We have all worked for larger companies before and wanted to create an atmosphere where the home was truly run for the needs of the residents and not just for profit. Our staff are precious to us and we ensure they are valued and well-supported.
We are seeking a new team member who has a minimum of 1 year's experience either working with adults/children who have Autism or within a care setting.
Qualifications in care would be desirable but a full induction and on-going training will be provided. All staff will need to have or gain the Diploma Level 2 in Adult Social Care.
The role will involve ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents throughout the night The home aims to provide a low-key, calm environment with both staff and residents functioning as a quirky, extended family.
