We are looking for an experienced and driven manager who is ready to take ownership and elevate performance in our night shift operations at our Wiri distribution centre. This is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective DC processes, including inbound logistics, inventory management, picking, dispatching, and staff supervision.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, loading, and dispatch
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure all health & safety standards are met
• Monitor and manage daily KPIs to achieve operational targets and drive performance
• Prepare and present reports on efficiency, inventory accuracy, and fulfilment performance
• Drive productivity and quality improvements across all distribution center functions
• Supervise and train DC staff, participate in the recruitment of staff and also conduct performance evaluations & coaching

What You’ll Bring:

• 10+ years’ experience in the 3PL industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a “can-do” mindset
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
