Warehouse Night Shift Operative

The Role

- Up to £35,000 p.a

- Four on Four off shift pattern

- 12-hour shifts (5pm-5am)

- 20 days of holiday per year

- Holiday Cover for up to 20 days a year

- Covering sickness on short notice paid extra

- Experience essential

• Ensuring that all goods that are loaded or unloaded match the relevant paperwork
• Load plans are completed for all loads loaded out
• Taking responsibility for a company’s freight and assets by reporting any suspicious activity at work
• Reporting any damaged or missing goods to Warehouse Manager or Supervisors
• Keeping the warehouse environment clean and tidy and maintaining equipment
• Following workplace health and safety rules when handling goods
• Assisting with warehouse inventory controls, including picking which typically involves using a hand-held scanner
• Treating merchandise with care and concern at all times
• Collating Orders throughout the warehouse, preparing and completing orders for delivery to a schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
