Warehouse Sorter Associate (Fast-Paced | High Standards | Same-Day Pay)

We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented Warehouse Sorters. You’ll be sorting packages from various retailers using a two-step RF scan gun, ensuring each item is accurately routed.

This is a high-performance role — ideal for workers who thrive under clear expectations and want consistent, long-term work.

What You’ll Do:

• Sort and scan packages using handheld RF scanners; place them in the correct racks.
• Lift 25–50 lbs consistently for the full shift.
• Work independently with speed and accuracy (target is 100 packages/hour).
• Follow a strict no-phone policy (phones only used for scanning).
• Operate in a non-climate-controlled warehouse – expect hot conditions in summer.
• Help with additional warehouse tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable and hardworking individuals who show up on time with zero scheduling conflicts.
• Experience in sorting, RF scanning, or fulfillment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to stay productive without supervision.
• Reliable transportation is required.
