Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Subcontractor to join our team in the restoration industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in fire restoration, mold remediation, and water damage restoration. As a Subcontractor, you will be responsible for restoring properties to their pre-damage condition using various hand and power tools. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform fire restoration tasks, ensuring properties are returned to their original state.
• Conduct mold remediation services to eliminate hazardous growth and prevent future occurrences.
• Execute water damage restoration projects, including extraction, drying, and repairs.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete restoration tasks.
• Clean and restore carpets as part of the overall restoration process.
• Collaborate with team members to assess damage and develop effective restoration plans.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment while adhering to industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the restoration industry, specifically in fire restoration, mold remediation, and water damage restoration.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to construction and restoration work.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean and restore various surfaces effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $27.34 - $32.92 per hour

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Night shift
• On call
• Overnight shift
• Weekends as needed
