Job Description
76 Jermyn Street was developed as a block of 23 luxury apartments in the late 1980's . The aim is to create and maintain an in-house Concierge Team who deliver an exceptionally high level of service to residents over 24 hour 7 days a week with emphasis on security and safety within the building.
We are currently looking for an experienced Concierge to fill in the role as a Weekend Night Concierge within our small team of 6. You must have solid previous experience working within a luxury residential block of flats or strong 5* hotel background. We are looking for a smart candidate, team player and a flexible person as overtime will be offered.
This is a front of house role working all your shifts on your own so the candidate will need to possess strong personal skills and will need to work confidently under pressure. IT skills (MS Office/Excel) are essential.
You'll be dealing with residents, visitors, estate agents, contractors so strong communication skills are a must.
This role would suit an existing experienced Night Concierge.
Ex-military (with Night Concierge experience) would be considered.
SIA Security badge holders (with Night Concierge experience) are welcome to apply.
Minimum of two consecutive working years with your current employer is required to apply for this position.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
Fluent English is a must.
Excellent references.
This is a Saturday to Sunday position only. Hours of work: 19:00 - 07:00 (24 hours a week).
Additional hours might be offered to top up your basic salary.
Salary: £14.47ph or £18,056.6 per annum.
Part time permanent contract will be offered after 3 months of employment.

- Greet and assist Residents ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Address residents / tenants requests and concerns promptly, utilizing strong communication skills.
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions.
- Uphold safety and security protocols to ensure residents / tenants safety and satisfaction at all times.
