ABOUT YOU Experience in aged care, support work and a Certificate III or above in Individual Support or similar are highly regarded Have a big heart, patience, and a desire to help improve the lives of seniors and their families. Be personable, compassionate, approachable, and able to build relationships. Must be located in desired areas and willing to travel up to 30-40 minutes within your local area Must have a laptop/tablet and mobile smart phone to be able to navigate through various applications. Must have a valid Australian open driver license, access to a reliable car, and have comprehensive car insurance. Applicants must have rights to work in Australia with no restrictions.
