Yard Loader Operator (Night Shift)

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate front-end loader to move and load aggregate materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain stockpiles and ensure proper material placement and inventory control
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate yard operations
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while working in a fast-paced environment
  
  

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment
• Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to maintaining a safe worksite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform equipment checks and maintenance
• Clear communication skills and ability to follow instructions and procedures
  
  

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
  
  

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
