Job Description
What You'll Be Doing
- Operate front-end loader to move and load aggregate materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain stockpiles and ensure proper material placement and inventory control
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate yard operations

Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment
- Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to maintaining a safe worksite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform equipment checks and maintenance

Clear communication skills and ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
- $21.10 to $29.00 per hour
